Holbrook high school play at Skirmish Paintball Ipswich
After having to cancel their paintball day out on the 19th of December at Skirmish Paintball Ipswich due to the heavy snow, Holbrook High School from near Ipswich rescheduled it for the 12 of February.
Suffolk was still caught in the grips of the worst winter for 30 years but the weather forecast expected temperatures of 5 to 6 degrees, imagine the staffs horror to find the access to Skirmish Paintball Ipswich still covered in snow. Preperations were made for the arrival of 70 pupils, and bang on time they arrived at the paintball venue.
The groups were split in to four games, and were playing paintball within 45 minutes of arriving on the site. The players had a great time even thou their was still snow lying on the ground
